This Privacy Policy describes how Magina Studio ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and shares your information when you use our face-changing mobile application, Magina Studio (the "App").

• User content: The photos and videos you upload and edit using the App's features. We do not access your full photo library without your specific permission.

3. Face Data Processing Instructions

To provide our specialized "face-swapping" and "filter-based" features, we strictly adhere to the following policies regarding facial data:

"When users participate in the app’s face-swapping or filter features, the app will temporarily obtain face images actively uploaded by users to generate special-effect content. The original images uploaded by users are only used for the current operation and will be immediately cleared after the operation (not retained or collected). The generated special-effect images will be retained on the server for 7 days (for users to download) and will be automatically deleted after 7 days. We will not share any face-related data with third parties."

In the interest of transparency, we provide the following specific details on how facial information is handled:

• Data Collection: We only collect face images (including facial feature information) that you actively upload. We do not passively collect facial data.
• Use of Data: All collected face data is exclusively used for "the current session of face-swapping/filter generation" to create special-effect images based on your original upload.
• Data Sharing: User-related face data (including temporarily processed facial features and generated special-effect images) will not be shared with any third parties in any form.
• Retention Policy: The original images are processed in memory and cleared immediately. The generated special-effect images are stored on our official server for 7 days to allow for user download, after which they are permanently deleted.

We automatically collect certain information about your device and usage of the App, including:

• Usage data: Information about how you interact with the App, such as the features you use, the time and date of access, and your preferences.
• Device data: Details about your mobile device, including the operating system, unique device identifiers, and IP address.

We use third-party services for Google ML Kit, analytics and advertising that may collect information directly from the App via Software Development Kits (SDKs).

6. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the App: To perform the editing and facial transformation functions you request.
• To improve the App: To analyze user behavior and understand how to enhance our services.
• To process photos and videos: Your selected photos and videos are uploaded to our cloud servers for processing, which is necessary for the App's functions. These images are encrypted and typically retained for 7 days (as detailed in Section 3) before automatic deletion.
• To communicate with you: To respond to your support requests, provide technical support, and send you important updates.
• For marketing: To deliver targeted advertising, provided you have consented to tracking technologies.
